I came across a color challenge on the blog of another CTMH consultant (http://kjsstamppad.blogspot.com/) that I thought was neat. The cards here were created with scraps my friend Kris S. had left over at a crop I attended in February, so I don't know the name info for the products, but they worked very nicely together. I believe all the embellishments are from Oriental Trading.

Don't you just love when you can use up scraps! Darn that Oriental Trading Co. I'm going to have to pour over that catalog and see what I "need"
Thanks so much for playing along. I'm glad you enjoy reading my blog and I do hope you'll play with more challenges in the future!
I get a lot of embellishments from Oriental Trading in my Christmas stocking. I just let me husband know which ones I like and he selects from the list. Gotta love it!
If you sign up for Oriental Trading's email updates, they will send you discount "coupon" numbers for free or discounted shipping every week or two. Since the minimum shipping charge is $6.99, it can be a good savings.
Also, Oriental trading does significant discounts on things that are season/holiday specific after that season/holiday is over. I picked up a bunch of Christmas items in January for 50% or more off the original price.
Thanks for the info on Oriental Trading, Jen! I'll have to sign up for their email updates.
I particularly like the top one!
